Personally Connect with Madagascar Conservation
Join the MFG's leadership, advisors and members  in New Zealand this summer. Through presentations and social events, understand the latest issues on the island as well as the variety of programs being implemented by the MFG.

​The meeting provides an overview of this international nonprofit, non-governmental organization that enables individual zoos, aquariums, botanical gardens and related institutions to collaborate for the united purpose of conserving Madagascar’s biodiversity.  


Member institutions share the costs of supporting the in-country program through the payment of annual membership dues. Explore how you can be involved in this critical effort including attending our 2020 meeting  hosted by Wellington Zoo.

Program Topics

Along with annual updates, the meeting will cover new initiatives for both endemic and invasive species across all four of our pillars: conservation, education, research, capacity building.
